The Gulon Gobbles Up the Bug!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
October 22, 2004

Last night, The Gulon premiered in front of a raucous crowd of horrorphiles and a dazzling array of local luminaries, including Richard Nixon and Batman, at the Emerging Filmmakers Project at Denver's Bug Theatre. Buoyed up on a tide of free beer, the cast, crew, and invited guests of Shocking Beyond Belief Films, along with the many talented Colorado filmmakers and artists also in attendance, enjoyed a full slate of independent horror films. The Gulon was enthusiastically received, and the film's stars - Steven Divide, Damon Graham-Haradon, and Martha Graham-Haradon - were showered with accolades for their devastatingly realistic portrayals.

"It was a big night for Shocking Beyond Belief Films," says director John Aden. "Not only did we have the premiere of The Gulon, but we also announced the launching of our web site and promoted our next production, Here Come the Brides! On top of all of that, it was the fourth anniversary of my marriage to SBB Films writer Ellen K. Graham. Wow!"

One fan said of the event, "It was crack!"

Shocking Beyond Belief Films would like to thank all of those who worked on the film, including composer Dale Peak, and to recognize Will Blacklock for his invaluable help in constructing www.shockingbeyondbelief.com.
