Last night, during his fifth State of the Union address, President George W. Bush took a strong stance on the controversial issue of human-animal hybrids.

Although we at Shocking Beyond Belief Films were stunned by the president taking on this bold initiative, we embrace it.

Not since the 1933 film, The Island of Lost Souls, and subsequent remakes - one starring matinee idol Val Kilmer - has this important issue been thrust into the forefront of American consciousness.

The immediate threat these ghastly scientific experiments gone wrong post to our freedom, our liberty, and our economic health cannot be overstated.

The president showed remarkable courage, vision and integrity in his words, and we at Shocking Beyond Belief Films join the president in his crusade to purge America of the epidemic of human-animal hybrids.
